You should expect to receive your items in 7-14 days, although we recommend checking with your local postal service.

All items are final sale. For customers based in the EU, if you'd like to exercise your right to withdrawal within 14 days of your order arriving, please click here to submit your withdrawal request.

We do not replace items shipped to incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, or incorrect ZIP codes.

Shipping issue? We'll do everything we can to locate your package, but we are not responsible for replacing items marked as delivered to the designated address.
